Heart in the Clouds finals!

The Selah Awards is a US-based writing competition for Christian books run by the Blue Ridge Mountains Chrsitian Writers Conference. Unlike some of the other major awards, books don’t have to qualify to enter by having a certain number of sales. The awards are entered by many of the major traditional publishers and works are judged on merit alone which makes the fact that Heart in the Clouds has made it to the final––not once, but twice!––so very special.

I entered these awards with an aspiration to make the final in the first novel category. To also make the final in the historical romance category makes me feel like I have already won. Thank you to the judges and hearty congratulations to the other finalists (listed below). Winners will be announced at the conference in May.
